EMPLOYMENT
We have a diverse, non-union workforce that has grown tremendously since
1988. The Company began with 10 employees in 1988, increased to 170
employees by 1997, and currently employs over 300 individuals. Our continued
success has given us the ability to provide many new job opportunities
for those in and around our community.

Establishing a stable, well-trained, and efficient workforce is a requirement
for all companies that desire long-term success. Employee training
is a vital part of maintaining a capable and productive workforce.
We feel that our employees’ ability to perform their job duties is the
closest link that we have to our customers. Therefore, we place an
