Advanced Quality
Planning:
We have proven time and again the value of early involvement in new projects with customers. A Trace Engineering, Quality, and Production cross-functional team is in close communication with customers in early stages of the design phase. This partnership continues through tooling build all the way to final process validation. In this way, we build quality into the product. |

Stable, Capable Process = Process Control:
We closely monitor several key parameters in the casting process to assure that it remains in-control and stable. Statistical Process Control charting of these parameters gives operators a real-time measure of process stability and allows us to act in a pro-active and preventative manner, rather than reactive manner. |
