Trace's working partnership with Buhler gives us full access to that
die casting technology, and we are very excited about being able to offer
all
the advantages of that technology to our customers. With Buhler's renown
shot reliability and processing capabilities, our process engineers are
able to take a scientific approach to die casting that yields a more
reliable casting. Buhler's precision shot capabilities have also allowed
Trace to
cast parts that many other facilities are incapable of casting at Trace's
quality level.

uses both metal ingots and molten metal. We are one of the few
Die Casting facilities that bring in molten metal to be used
in the
production of castings.
