Currently 10 new die cast machines are on order for the expansion of our die casting plant. The new area will house die cast machines dedicated to making large die castings which will allow us to offer more options to our customers. The expansion is expected to be completed by the end of 2006.

Buhler Die Cast Machines:

Buhler Die Casting Machines are known the world over for being some of the most advanced die casting machines on the market. Trace's working partnership with Buhler gives us full access to that die casting technology, and we are very excited about being able to offer all the advantages of that technology to our customers. With Buhler's renown shot reliability and processing capabilities, our process engineers are able to take a scientific approach to die casting that yields a more reliable casting. Buhler's precision shot capabilities have also allowed Trace to cast parts that many other facilities are incapable of casting at Trace's quality level.
