INTRODUCTION
The human resources department at Trace Die Cast, Inc. exists
to add value by focusing on recruiting qualified employees, enhancing
communications and providing continuous employee training / development. We
have a diverse workforce that has grown tremendously since 1988. The Company
began with 10 employees in 1988, increased to 170 employees by 1997, and at its
peak, employed over 600 individuals. Our continued success has given us the
ability to provide many new job opportunities for those in and around our
community.
