New Machining and Assembly Facility

Trace Die Cast recognizes the current trend in the automotive industry towards modularization. We provide value in this area by offering full-service capabilities to our customers. Trace is expanding its machining / assembly operations to better serve the automotive market. In May 2004 we purchased a 163,000 square foot facility that is adjacent to our existing die cast plant and will offer room for further expansion. This new facility is dedicated strictly to machining / assembly and will contain state of the art equipment. In addition to the new building, state of the art CNC Machining Centers are being installed to provide a high level of technology which will accommodate a wide range of applications and volumes. These additions will allow Trace Die Cast to provide cast, machined, assembled and tested components direct to the automotive user plants from our location without the need of additional outsourced services.
