MACHINING OPERATIONS
| Trace Die Cast, Inc’s machining operations consists of over 70 CNC’s enabling Trace to machine complex engine, transmission, and driveline castings. The CNC brands are Makino, OKK, Doosan, and Leadwell. Many of the production cells are fully automated and integrated with manufacturing, high-pressure deburring, washing, optical gauging, and laser serialization using lean manufacturing techniques. |  |
